The primary objective of CARE is to facilitate modifications in individuals’ preferences, consumption patterns, and lifestyles, aligning with the environmental policies implemented by the European Commission. These policies include the circular economy action plan, waste management policies, and the current endeavour of “making European recovery a Green Deal.”
