The objective of this project is to investigate policy measures that effectively utilise territorial resources in order to enhance job opportunities and improve the overall quality of life in the Centro Region. The project aims to develop a territorial innovation model and an effect evaluation framework that will be directed by the community and powered by digital media. These tools will be used to support the University of Aveiro’s Observatory for Human Capital and enhance regional innovation performance.
